Catalytic capital, made more accessible
The Catalytic Capital Repository is a free, public platform designed to help mobilize private sector lending and investment in emerging markets and developing economies.
The Repository will offer information about catalytic resources, including concessional and subordinated debt, concessional equity, guarantees, and grants all in one place - helping lower costs, simplify access, and unlock more private sector investment in blended finance transactions.
The Catalytic Capital Repository is for
Private financial institutions seeking capital to support transactions
Project developers and recipients seeking to understand eligibility requirements and application pathways
Providers of catalytic capital aiming to increase visibility, benchmark offerings, and coordinate effectively
The Repository is a collaborative initiative informed by blended finance experts, catalytic capital providers, financial institutions, and others to develop a practical, public information resource.
Founding partners include:
